On November 19, 2025, the Company declared a cash dividend of $0.06 per share of its common stock. The dividend is payable on January 7, 2026 to stockholders of record on December 23, 2025.
On November 21, 2025, the Company issued a press release regarding the announcement of the cash dividend. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

MOLINE, Ill., Nov. 21, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- QCR Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: QCRH) (the “Company”) today announced that on November 19, 2025, the Company’s Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.06 per share payable on January 7, 2026, to stockholders of record on December 23, 2025.
