Item 8.01. Other Events.

On August 16, 2023, the Company declared a cash dividend of $0.06 per share of its common stock. The dividend is payable on October 4, 2023, to stockholders of record on September 15, 2023. A copy of the press release issued on August 18, 2023, announcing the dividend is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

MOLINE, Ill., Aug. 18, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- QCR Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: QCRH) today announced that on August 16, 2023, the Company’s board of directors declared a cash dividend of $0.06 per share payable on October 4, 2023, to holders of common stock of the Company of record on September 15, 2023.

QCR Holdings, Inc., headquartered in Moline, Illinois, is a relationship-driven, multi-bank holding company serving the Quad Cities, Cedar Rapids, Cedar Valley, Des Moines/Ankeny and Springfield communities through its wholly owned subsidiary banks. The banks provide full-service commercial and consumer banking and trust and wealth management services.
