Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.
At the Annual Meeting of Stockholders of JetBlue Airways Corporation (the “Company”) held on May 14, 2025, three proposals were voted upon by the Company’s shareholders. The proposals are described in detail in the Company’s definitive proxy statement for the Annual Meeting filed on April 2, 2025.
