Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On January 27, 2026, Robert M. Leonard, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of TrustCo Bank Corp NY (the “Company”), delivered notice to the Company that he intends to retire from his positions with the Company and its subsidiaries, including Trustco Bank, effective December 31, 2026.
