Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
 
As previously disclosed, Hilton Grand Vacations Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Daniel J. Mathewes, the Company’s President and Chief Financial Officer, was taking a temporary leave of absence from his position at the Company for personal reasons. During the leave of absence, Erin Day, the Company’s Executive Vice President, Finance, acted as acting Chief Financial Officer.
 
Mr. Mathewes will return from the leave of absence and resume his duties and responsibilities effective March 24, 2025. Simultaneously, Ms. Day will cease serving as acting Chief Financial Officer and will continue serving as the Company’s Executive Vice President, Finance.
