On March 10, 2025, John Harrobin, the Executive Vice President, Consumer of Frontier Communications Parent, Inc. (the “Company”), informed the Company of his resignation from the Company, effective March 14, 2025. The Company thanks Mr. Harrobin for his dedicated service and wishes him well in his future endeavors.
