Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On March 3, 2025, Balchem Corporation (the “Company”) announced that William A. Backus, Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer, has notified the Company of his intent to retire from his position on March 31, 2026. The Company will announce Mr. Backus’ successor at a later date. There are no material changes to Mr. Backus' compensatory arrangement as a result of his planned retirement.
