Departure of Director

Xiao Xing has provided notice to the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of ACM Research, Inc. (the “Company”) that she will resign as a member of the Board and the Audit Committee, effective November 15, 2024. Ms. Xing’s decision to resign was not the result of any disagreement with the Company, the Board, management, or any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
