Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

(b). In accordance with the Corporate Governance Guidelines of Sensient Technologies Corporation, Ms. Kathleen Da Cunha tendered her resignation from the Board of Directors (the “Board”) following a change in her primary employment due to personal reasons. On June 20, 2023, the Board voted to accept her resignation, effective immediately. At the same meeting, the Board also acted to immediately reduce the size of the Board from ten directors to nine directors.
