At the 2026 annual meeting of stockholders of MaxCyte, Inc. (the “Company”) held on June 17, 2026 (the “Annual Meeting”), the Company’s stockholders considered and approved two proposals, each of which is described in more detail in the Company’s definitive proxy statement filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on April 29, 2026.
