The board of directors (the “Board”) of Tuya Inc. (the “Company”, together with its subsidiaries and consolidated affiliated entities, the “Group”) hereby announces that a meeting of the Board of the Company will be held on Monday, May 11, 2026 Hong Kong Time, for the purpose of considering and approving, inter alias, (i) the unaudited quarterly results of the Group for the three months ended March 31, 2026 and its publication, and (ii) transacting any other business.
The Company’s management will hold an earnings conference call on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at 8:30 A.M. Hong Kong Time or on Monday, May 11, 2026, at 8:30 P.M. U.S. Eastern Time.

SANTA CLARA, Calif., April 27, 2026 -- Tuya Inc. ("Tuya" or the "Company") (NYSE: TUYA; HKEX: 2391), a global leading AI cloud platform service provider, today announced that it will report its first quarter 2026 unaudited financial results after the market closes on Monday, May 11, 2026.
Tuya's management will hold a conference call at 08:30 P.M. Eastern Time on Monday, May 11, 2026 (08:30 A.M. Hong Kong Time on Tuesday, May 12, 2026) to discuss the financial results.
