Other Events.

 

On July 30, 2025, the Board of Directors of BWX Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) appointed Mike T. Fitzgerald Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer. Mr. Fitzgerald served as interim Chief Financial Officer since May 12, 2025. The press release, dated July 31, 2025, is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
