On May 6, 2025, KULR Technology Group, Inc. (the “Company” or “KULR”) issued a press release announcing that the Company will hold a conference call on Thursday, May 15th at 4:30 p.m. Eastern time (1:30 p.m. Pacific time) to discuss the financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2025. The financial results will be issued in a press release prior to the call.
A copy of the press release is attached herewith as Exhibit 99.1.

Additionally, on May 6, 2025, the Company announced that the Company completed the aggregate acquisitions of approximately $4 million bitcoin, at a weighted average price of $94,261 per bitcoin (approximately 47.8 additional bitcoin), inclusive of fees and expenses.

KULR Technology Group Sets First Quarter 2025 Earnings Call for Thursday, May 15, 2025 at 4:30 p.m. ET
HOUSTON / GLOBENEWSWIRE / May 06, 2025 / KULR Technology Group, Inc. (NYSE American: KULR) (the "Company" or "KULR"), a global leader in advanced energy management solutions, will hold a conference call on Thursday, May 15th at 4:30 p.m. Eastern time (1:30 p.m. Pacific time) to discuss its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2025. The financial results will be issued in a press release prior to the call.
KULR management will host the conference call, followed by a question-and-answer period.
