On March 5, 2025, XWELL, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Traveler-based Genomic Surveillance program with the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) has extended its Traveler-based Genomic Surveillance Program for three years. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
