Standard Lithium Completes Leadership Transition: David Park Appointed CEO and Board Member
September 2, 2024 Vancouver, British Columbia. – Standard Lithium Ltd. (“Standard Lithium” or the “Company”) (TSXV:SLI) (NYSE American:SLI) (FRA:S5L), a leading near-commercial lithium development company, today announces that, effective September 1, 2024, David Park has officially assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer and has been appointed to the Company's Board of Directors.
As part of this leadership transition, Robert Mintak has stepped down from his position as CEO and from the Board of Directors. Mr. Mintak will continue to serve as a strategic advisor to the Company, ensuring a smooth transition and ongoing guidance.

Standard Lithium is a leading near-commercial lithium development company focused on the sustainable development of a portfolio of lithium-brine bearing properties in the United States. The Company prioritizes brine projects characterized by high-grade resources, robust infrastructure, skilled labor, and streamlined permitting.
