Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers, Election of Directors, Appointment of Certain Officers, Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On May 1, 2024, Mark J. Meloy, Executive Vice President of First Business Financial Services, Inc. (the “Company”), notified the Company of his intention to retire effective on or about May 1, 2025. Mr. Meloy joined the Company in 2000 and has held various positions, including Chief Executive Officer of First Business Bank, Executive Vice President of First Business Bank, and President and Chief Executive Officer of First Business Bank-Milwaukee.
