On January 22, 2024, Matt Prusak notified Hut 8 Corp. (the “Company”) of his decision to resign from his position as the Company’s Chief Commercial Officer, effective January 31, 2024, in order to pursue other opportunities. Mr. Prusak’s resignation was not the result of any disagreement regarding any matter related to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
