(b) On July 18, 2023, Frank P. Palantoni notified us of his decision to resign from our board of directors, effective July 27, 2023. Mr. Palantoni’s resignation was not as a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
