Resignation of Chief Information & Technology Officer
On November 21, 2025, Raghu Sagi, Chief Information & Technology Officer, submitted his resignation from Carter's, Inc. (the "Company"), effective as of January 20, 2026. The Company wishes Mr. Sagi the best of luck in his future endeavors.
