ITEM 5.02 DEPARTURE OF DIRECTORS OR CERTAIN OFFICERS; ELECTION OF DIRECTORS; APPOINTMENT OF CERTAIN OFFICERS; COMPENSATORY ARRANGEMENTS OF CERTAIN OFFICERS.
Federated Hermes, Inc. (Federated Hermes) announced on Friday, December 15, 2023, that a named executive officer of Federated Hermes, Mr. Gordon J. Ceresino, Vice Chairman of Federated Hermes, and Chairman, Director and President of Federated International Securities Corp., Vice Chairman of Federated MDTA, LLC, and a Director of Hermes Equity Ownership Services Limited, will transition his day-to-day responsibilities beginning on January 12, 2024. Mr. Ceresino will retire on May 9, 2024, after the transition period. Mr. Ceresino’s responsibilities will be transitioned to and assumed by multiple individuals, including, among others, Mr. Saker A. Nusseibeh, Chief Executive Officer of Federated Hermes Limited, and Mr. Paul A. Uhlman, Vice President of Federated Hermes and President of Federated Securities Corp., both of whom are executive officers of Federated Hermes.
