On October 26, 2023 ADS-TEC ENERGY PLC (the “Company”) made available to its investors an investor presentation entitled “Enabling the Future of Energy, Today,” in which the Company provided information regarding its business, financial results and guidance for FY 2024, a copy of which is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
