On June 21, 2023, MSC Industrial Direct Co., Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.79 per share on the common stock of the Company. MELVILLE, NY and DAVIDSON, NC, June 21, 2023 - MSC Industrial Supply Co. (NYSE: MSM), a premier distributor of Metalworking and Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO) products and services to industrial customers throughout North America, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.79 per share. The $0.79 dividend is payable on July 25, 2023 to shareholders of record at the close of business on July 11, 2023. The ex-dividend date is July 10, 2023.
