Item 8.01 Other Events

On April 11, 2025, ECB Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) announced the completion of its stock repurchase program. Under the plan, the Company repurchased 458,762 shares, or approximately 5.0%, of its then outstanding common stock. The shares were repurchased by the Company at an average price of $12.92 per share.
