Form 20-F  Form 40-F  On March 26, 2025, Shinhan Financial Group Co., Ltd. reported that the number of common shares owned by its largest shareholder, Korea’s National Pension Service (“NPS”), decreased from 43,721,951 shares of common stock (representing 8.68%, as of February 21, 2025) to 43,318,455 shares of common stock (representing 8.60%, as of March 21, 2025). This disclosure is based on the Statement of Large-Scale Stock Holdings disclosed by the National Pension Service (“NPS”) on March 25, 2025.
