Form 20-F  Form 40-F  On March 18, 2025, Shinhan Financial Group Co., Ltd. reported that the number of common shares owned by its largest shareholder, Korea’s National Pension Service (“NPS”), increased from 43,164,599 shares of common stock (representing 8.57%, as of December 31, 2024) to 43,721,951 shares of common stock (representing 8.68%, as of February 21, 2025). This disclosure is based on the results of shareholder registry closing as of February 21, 2025.
