(“IFS”) notifies you, as a Material Event, that on November 13, 2024 FitchRatings ("Fitch") has revised IFS outlook to stable from negative in light of similar action on Peru’s sovereign rating on November 5, 2024 and affirmed ratings for IFS at BBB-. In addition, Fitch has revised Banco Internacional del Peru S.A.A. (“Interbank”), one of IFS’ subsidiaries outlook to stable from negative and affirmed ratings for Interbank at BBB.
