Item 8.01 Other Events.

On January 29, 2024, Equity Bancshares, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that it has received all required regulatory approvals to complete its previously announced merger with Rockhold BanCorp (“Rockhold”) pursuant to that certain Agreement and Plan of Reorganization, dated December 5, 2023, by and among the Company, Truman Merger Sub, Inc., and Rockhold. The transaction is expected to close in February 2024, subject to the satisfaction or waiver of customary closing conditions.
