(the "Company") issued a press release announcing the declaration by the Board of Directors on June 22, 2023, of a semi-annual cash dividend of $0.05 per share of common stock. The cash dividend will be paid on July 21, 2023, to shareholders of record at the close of business on July 7, 2023. For additional information reference is made to the Company's press release dated June 23, 2023, which is included hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

Announces Declaration of Semi-Annual Dividend

Thomasville, GA — TC Bancshares, Inc. (Nasdaq: TCBC) announced that on June 22, 2023, its Board of Directors declared a semi-annual cash dividend in the amount of $0.05 per share of common stock. The cash dividend will be paid on July 21, 2023, to the shareholders of record at the close of business on July 7, 2023.
