Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.

The 2023 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Excelerate Energy, Inc. (the “Company”) was held on Thursday, June 1, 2023 (the “2023 Annual Meeting”). The Company's stockholders voted on the following matters with final voting results described below.

Each of the individuals listed below were elected at the 2023 Annual Meeting to serve as Directors of the Company until the Company’s Annual Meeting of Stockholders in 2024 and until his or her successor has been duly elected and qualified, or until his or her earlier death, resignation, removal, retirement or disqualification, as set forth below:
