ICICI Bank Limited (the ‘Bank’) Report on Form 6-K

This has reference to our earlier letter dated December 23, 2023, wherein the Bank had disclosed an order in original (OIO) received from Telangana Goods and Services Tax Department for a tax demand of ₹ 210,688/- and a corresponding penalty of ₹ 21,068/. The Bank had filed an appeal against the said OIO.

On November 13, 2025 at 5:05 p.m., the Bank has received an Order in Appeal under section 107 of the Telangana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, from the Appellate Joint Commissioner setting aside the aforementioned OIO, and consequently, the demand stands disposed off and nullified.
