Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
In accordance with the Emerson Electric Co. Statement of Corporate Governance Principles and Practices, Leticia Gonçalves Lourenco tendered her resignation from the Board of Directors (the “Board”) following a change in company and position relating to her principal occupation. On March 10, 2025, the Board accepted her resignation, effective immediately.
