On January 30, 2025, First Seacoast Bank extended the terms of the Employment Agreements with each of James R. Brannen, Richard M. Donovan and Timothy F. Dargan, such that the terms of the Employment Agreements expire on March 31, 2028 (with respect to Mr. Brannen) and March 31, 2027 (with respect to Messrs. Donovan and Dargan).
