Grupo Televisa informs

Mexico City, October 30, 2025 - Grupo Televisa, S.A.B. ("Televisa" or the "Company"; NYSE: TV; BMV:TLEVISA CPO) announced that,  Mr. Eduardo Tricio Haro, member of the Company’s Board of Directors, informed the Company today, in compliance with Article 110 of the Securities Market Law (Ley del Mercado de Valores), that he has acquired securities representing approximately 7.2% of the  capital stock of the Company. Mr. Tricio also informed the Company that he has no intention to acquire a “significant influence” (influencia significativa) over the Company.

In relation to the unusual movements in the trading volume of its securities identified with the ticker TLEVISA CPO, presented today, the Company informs that it is not aware of the reasons that may have caused these movements.
