On January 8, 2024, Kadant Inc. (“Kadant” or the “Company”) will hold its previously announced webcast and conference call to discuss its acquisition of Key Knife, Inc. and certain of its affiliates (“Key Knife”) (the “Acquisition”) at 1:00 p.m. eastern time.
