On January 3, 2024, Atlantic Union Bankshares Corporation (the “Company”) announced that it will conduct a quarterly earnings conference call and webcast on Tuesday, January 23, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time during which the Company will discuss its fourth quarter and full year 2023 financial results and provide an update on recent activities. The press release announcing the conference call and webcast information is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.

Richmond, Va., January 3, 2024 – Atlantic Union Bankshares Corporation (the “Company”) today announced that it will release fourth quarter and full year 2023 financial results before the market opens on Tuesday, January 23, 2024.
