On July 22, 2024, Glacier Bancorp, Inc. issued a press release announcing the completion of the acquisition by Glacier Bank, its wholly owned subsidiary, of six Montana branch locations of HTLF Bank (the “Branches”), including the deposits, loans, owned real estate and fixed and other assets associated with the Branches, effective July 19, 2024. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference.
