Item 8.01 Other Events.
On May 29, 2025, Isabella Bank Corporation issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors declared a twenty-eight cent ($0.28) per common share second quarter cash dividend, payable June 30, 2025 to shareholders of record as of June 26, 2025.
A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.

Isabella Bank Corporation Announces Second Quarter 2025 Dividend
Mt. Pleasant, Michigan, May 29, 2025 - Isabella Bank Corporation (NASDAQ:ISBA) today announced its Board of Directors declared a second-quarter cash dividend of $0.28 per common share. The dividend will be payable June 30, 2025 to shareholders of record as of June 26, 2025. Based on ISBA’s closing stock price of $27.75 per share as of May 28, 2025, the annualized cash dividend yield is 4.04%.
