On August 10, 2023, the Globe Life Inc. Board of Directors reaffirmed its continued authorization of the Company's stock repurchase program in amounts and with timing, pricing and other terms that management, in periodic consultation with the Board, determines to be in the best interest of the Company. The program has no defined expiration date or maximum shares to be repurchased.
