Item 8.01    Other Events.
On July 9, 2024, the Board of Directors of First Busey Corporation (“Busey”) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.24 per share on Busey’s common stock. The dividend will be paid on July 26, 2024, to stockholders of record as of July 19, 2024.
