Terex Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release on October 20, 2025, announcing that it will host a conference call to review its third quarter 2025 financial results on Thursday, October 30, 2025, at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time. The Company will release its financial results prior to the call. A simultaneous webcast of the teleconference and a replay of the teleconference will be accessible to the public at https://investors.terex.com.

Terex Updates Third Quarter 2025 Financial Results Conference Call Date
NORWALK, CT. October 20, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Terex Corporation (NYSE: TEX) will hold its conference call to review third quarter 2025 financial results on Thursday, October 30, 2025 at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time. Simon Meester, President and Chief Executive Officer, and Jennifer Kong-Picarello, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will host the call.
The Company’s financial results will be issued and available at https://investors.terex.com prior to the call the morning of Thursday, October 30, 2025.
