On June 30, 2025, Ascent Industries Co. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its inclusion in the Russell 2000® and Russell 3000® Indexes, according to a list of additions posted by FTSE Russell. The reconstituted indexes will begin trading on Monday, June 30, 2025. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
