On January 10, 2024, Thomas E. Valentyn, Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Regal Rexnord Corporation (the “Company”), provided notice of his intent to retire from his employment with the Company during the first half of 2024. The Company has commenced a search for Mr. Valentyn’s replacement.
