On August 15, 2024, the Board of Directors of Patrick Industries, Inc. declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.55 per share of common stock, which will be payable on September 9, 2024, to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 26, 2024.

Patrick Industries, Inc. Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend
ELKHART, IN, August 16, 2024 — Patrick Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ: PATK) today announced that on August 15, 2024, its Board of Directors (the "Board") declared a quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of $0.55 per share. The dividend is payable on September 9, 2024 to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 26, 2024.
