On May 14, 2025, the Registrant will hold its 2025 Annual Meeting of Limited Partners (the “2025 Annual Meeting”) at 2:00 pm Central Time at the offices of Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP, 2300 N Field Street, Suite 1800, Dallas, TX 75201. Immediately following the 2025 Annual Meeting, the Registrant will hold an investor presentation (the “2025 Investor Presentation”) at which Bradley Ehrman, the Chief Executive Officer of Dorchester Minerals, L.P., along with other employees of the Registrant, will discuss historical financial and operational information of Dorchester Minerals, L.P.
