OPINION

The Fiscal Council of Centrais Elétricas Brasileiras S.A. – Eletrobras, in the performance of its legal functions, having examined the Management Report, the Financial Statements for the Fiscal Year ended on December 31, 2024 and the proposals of the Management bodies for the allocation of net income, based on the examinations carried out, the information and clarifications provided throughout the fiscal year by the Company's Management and by the representatives of the Independent Auditors, and also considering the report issued by PwC Auditores Independentes on the Financial Statements, without reservations, dated March 13, 2025, is of the opinion that the referred documents are in a condition to be examined and voted on by the Ordinary General Meeting.
