2025年3月9日、ナイトスコープ社(以下「当社」)は最新の会社スライド・プレゼンテーション(以下「本プレゼンテーション」)を掲載し、その中で当社は2024年12月31日に終了する年度の推定売上高が約1100万ドル、2024年12月31日現在の推定現金残高が約1100万ドルであることを発表した。同プレゼンテーションは別紙99.1として本Current Report on Form 8-K(「Current Report」)に添付されている。
